PIECOBIOGAZ S.A. is intended to improve the quality of its services. Improving quality should be always started with improving the management system. The most effective method of improving management systems is to use verified criteria, specified in international norms (e.g. ISO). Confirmed compliance of the integrated management system with the requirements of international standards improves competitive value of a company. A correctly functioning and improved management system provides cost and business risk reducing devices.A certified integrated management system decides on gaining a new contractor, for whom  having a certificate of ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001:1996PN-N 18001:1999 series is a condition of cooperation.

In 2003 PIECOBIOGAZ introduced and efficiently uses the Integrated Management System according to norms ISO 9001:2000 – quality system, ISO 14001:1996 – the environmental management system and PN-N 18001:1999 – the management system for occupational safety and hygiene.

The Integrated Management System of PIECOBIOGAZ S.A. involves all functional branches of the company. The Integrated Management System is created by the following elements and organisational structures of the company:

Process Oriented Quality Management

To facilitate and increase effectiveness of management, PIECOBIOGAZ has assumed  a process approach to quality management. The process identified in the company are:

Board involvement

The Board of the company is involved in the implementation and development of the quality management system of the Company as well as its improvement.

The Board of the Company PIECOBIOGAZ S.A. has focused its attention on a Customer by means of special presentation of the Customer’s importance in goals and the quality policy.

QUALITY POLICY is realised by the Board of the Company PIECOBIOGAZ S.A. by means of:

  • Non-failure functioning of objects built by the Company,
  • Durability of objects is secured by means of using modern materials, elements and parts,
  • Short construction periods are guaranteed by means of  using modern production-technological devices,

ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY is realised by the Board of the Company PIECOBIOGAZ S.A. by means of:

  • Respecting requirements of legal regulations and provisions included in the procedures in instructions of the Company in terms of natural environment protection
  • Preventing pollution and environment degradation during the realisation of production-service tasks
  • Minimalisation of noise intensity and energy saving
  • Designing and realisation of maximally ecological objects

OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HYGIENE POLICY is realised by the Board of the Company PIECOBIOGAZ S.A. by means of:

  • Respecting requirements of legal regulations and requirements of the Company in terms of Occupational Safety and Hygiene
  • Preventing accidents at work and professional diseases of the staff
  • Intent on continuous improvement of occupational safety and hygiene condition as well as improving actions in this range
