PIECOBIOGAZ S.A. has become a winner of a Polish award of POLISH SUCCESS. The competition took place under the patronage of the Ministry of Economy, Labour and Social Affairs. A promotional programme realised by the competition aims at presenting best companies and the course of their economic career.

The promotion of successfully completed economic enterprises is bound to help stimulating the development of initiative, which is the major factor preventing unemployment increase.

The program also assumes popularisation of possibilities of Polish initiative and Polish capital, breaking a common belief of their low importance in economy transforming.

The official ceremony took place on 25 April 2003 at the Royal Castle in Warsaw. 26 companies have been honoured. On behalf of PIECOBIOGAZ S.A., the award was received by the President of the board, Ryszard Wiśniewski.
